定语从句

在复合句中，修饰名词或代词的句子叫定语从句。定语从句修饰的词叫先行词，引导定语从句的关系代词常有that（人或物）、who(人)、whom（人）、which（物）。引导定语从句的关系副词有when、where、why。

He is the boy that（who）sits in front of the window. （作主语用that、who）他是坐在窗户前边的那个男孩。

The man that（whom）we have seen is a worker. （作宾语that、whom） 我们看到的那人是一位工人。

I forget the place where he lived. 我忘记了他生活过的地方。
