In our village, every family will make zongzi. We will clean and soak fresh bamboo leaves in water, select glutinous rice, and add some dates and red beans. Then comes the part of making zongzi. First, fold the bamboo leaves into a triangle, then put the glutinous rice in and add some of your favorite ingredients. Finally, fold the bamboo leaves well and tie it up with rice yarn. After cooking, the delicious zongzi will come out.

In addition to making zongzi, we also hang fragrant leaves on the door, which is said to ward off evil spirits. Racing dragon boats is also one of the traditional activities during the Dragon Boat Festival. People will race on the river and celebrate the festival.
