Secondly, I will plan some interesting outdoor activities. Since the weather is hot during the summer, it is not suitable for prolonged outdoor activities. I will choose to engage in outdoor sports such as swimming, cycling, and hiking during the cooler early morning or evening hours. These activities can not only exercise my body but also strengthen my willpower and self-confidence.

 

In addition, I will also schedule some leisure and entertainment time. For example, watching movies, listening to music, and gathering with friends. These activities can help me relax and relieve study pressure.

 

Lastly, I will establish a healthy daily routine, including proper eating and sleeping habits, by following a schedule. This will ensure sufficient sleep and a healthy diet.

 

Overall, my summer vacation plan is fulfilling and meaningful. I believe that as long as I stick to this plan, I will be able to have an enjoyable and meaningful summer vacation.
