This is the first time（that）从句时态分析

1.一般说来, 在It [This/That] is the first time＋that-结构中, that-从句通常用现在完成时：

This is the first time she has experienced disappointment

这是她第一次感受到失望。

It's not the first time that you've found yourself in this situation

你陷入这种状况已经不是第一次了。

It's the first time farmers have decided to organize.

It's the first time I, a fair-skinned, freckly type, have sailed in the sun without burning

2.有时以上结构中的first也可换成second, third, fourth等；其中的time也可换成其它名词：
