这个词组可以译为：甚至……不······ 、 竟然不······ 、 连······都没有；即使是……也不（无法）等意思：

1.not even 放在主语之前，会使主语成为信息焦点（语意的重心），但是not even 不是否定主语的，而是否定全局的。
